Frank set up NDL after 30 odd years in the contracting industry, as a fully qualified Mechanical & Electrical Engineer.  As a Boat owner himself he has seen many examples of bad practice and poor self help which often led to dissappointed owners as they feared or failed the BSS Examination.  Combining experience with honesty and consistency he decided to become an examiner in his own right with the intention of providing advice, help and above all a first class service.r of both the IWF and "Look Up"
 
With Professional Indemnity Insurance and Public Liability Insurance he has and will always take his job and your needs very, very seriously.  The objective is safe boating for you, your family and those around you.

"Little JEM" has been my boat since last year.  A Viking 23 narrow beam she is fully fitted and can often be seen on or around the Trent and Mersey Canal, the River Trent, up the Erewash canal and down the Soar.
